Booking & Refund Policy – Groups

  • Group Bookings are a minimum of 2 nights unless specified as a single day event.
  • Each Group must have a single contact who is responsible for all the group’s actions.Booking Payment
  • Group Bookings made during Peak or Shoulder Periods will be charged at the applicable rates.
  • Group Bookings are confirmed once the completed booking form has been received by our staff. An invoice will then be sent for the deposit.
  • Bookings are secured once the deposit amount is received within 14 days after booking is confirmed.
  • All Group Booking charges must be paid within 14 days of departure. Late payment fees will apply. Boom Gate Tags
  • Boom gate tags will be provided to guests as required.
  • Each car entering our grounds requires its own boom gate tag.
  • Responsibility for the return of boom gate tags lies with the Group Contact.
  • Lost or non-returned boom gate tags will be charged at $100 per tag if not returned to us within 14 days of departure.
Management reserves the right to make amendments or allowances to any of the above requirements. Refund and Cancellations Camping and Caravan Groups
  • Cancellations providing more than 2 days notice in relation to a scheduled arrival date are refundable less an administration fee of $25
  • Cancellations inside 2 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in a fee equivalent to 1 nights’ Group accommodation. Accommodation Groups
  • Cancellations providing more than 7 days notice in relation to a scheduled arrival date are refundable less an administration fee of $25
  • Cancellations inside 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in a fee equivalent to 1 nights’ Group accommodation. Peak Period Additions
  • Cancellations providing more than 7 nights notice from the schedule date of arrival are refundable less an administration fee of $25.
  • Cancellations made within 7 nights notice from the scheduled date of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to 1 nights’ Group accommodation .
REFUNDS – Please Note Where a deposit or prepayment is to be refunded, an administration fee will be charged. Alternatively the total refund can be transferred to a future booking at a later date to be used within 12 months of the refund date. In this case no administration fee will apply.
