CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19

Please note the following changes due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Please ensure that you support these changes during this difficult period. These changes take affect from November 1, 2020 and stay in effect until further notice.

* Each adult must sign a registration form which includes a health waiver for themselves and their family and others staying on their site before entering    the centre.
* Visitors MUST register at the office and park their car in the car park. Under no circumstances will visitors cars be allowed inside the centre.
* Each site must have a maximum 8 people.
* When out on the grounds please maintain physical distancing using the 2 sqm rule.
* The amenities blocks will be cleaned daily handles will be disinfected.
* Please leave a vacant hand basin between you and the next person when washing hands.
* Hand sanitiser will be available in the amenities blocks. Please use it on every visit.
* The Gojo pump soap in the amenities blocks contain an anti-bacterial sanitiser.
* If all toilets or showers are occupied please maintain physical distancing while waiting.

Bookings


Camping and Caravan Sites
We provide 108 powered sites during most parts of the year. During peak season we open up an additional 200 sites. We do not offer unpowered sites for general camping purposes.

  • Bookings are a minimum of 1 night at all times of year.
  • Bookings must be paid for in advance or on arrival.
  • A minimum deposit of 20% or one night’s accommodation fee is payable at the time of booking.
  • Discounts are offered for stays of 7 nights or more unless stated otherwise.
  • Online bookings must be paid for in full in advance.
  • Cars must be kept on or adjacent to your site.
  • At most times we allow for up to 2 cars per site, where the site allows, but each car MUST have its own boom gate tag.

Cabin, Motel and House Accommodation Bookings
We offer 10 motels, 12 cabins and 2 houses. Due to our Group Booking policies these accommodation options are not always available for vacation purposes.

  • Bookings are a minimum of 1 night for online bookings for Motel Units only.
  • Bookings for Houses and Cabins are a minimum of 2 nights. (Peak period 3 nights)
  • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking for all accommodation types.
  • Bookings must be paid for in full in advance or on arrival.
  • Discounts are offered for stays of 7 nights or more.
  • Online bookings must be paid for in full in advance.
  • Cars must be kept on or adjacent to your accommodation.
  • We allow for 1 car per site. Second car must be parked in the car park except for the houses which allows for 2 cars.

Management reserves the right to make amendments or allowances to any of the above requirements.

Refunds and Cancellations

Covid-19 Related Cancellations

In the event of a forced cancellation due to government restrictions such as a pandemic or other circumstance outside of the booking party’s control, a full deposit will be provided if the booking falls within the imposed restricted period. If the booking falls outside the imposed restricted period, then the following conditions apply. If the booking is a previously postponed booking, then no penalty will apply if the group chooses to postpone it once more. A cancellation decision made by the booking party, which is not covered under a government imposed restriction or by our own facility management, will be bound by the above policy.

Camping and Caravan Sites

  • Cancellations providing more than 48 hours notice in relation to a scheduled arrival date are refundable.
  • Cancellations inside 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will result in a fee equivalent to the full deposit or 1 nights accommodation.

Cabin, Motel and House Accommodation

  • Cancellations providing more than 14 nights notice in relation to a scheduled arrival date are refundable less an administration fee of $25
  • Cancellations made between 14 nights and 7 nights of the scheduled arrival date will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the deposit paid.
  • Cancellations made within 7 nights of the scheduled arrival date will result in a fee equivalent of 100% of the deposit paid.

REFUNDS – Please Note
Where a deposit or prepayment is to be refunded, an administration fee will be charged. Alternatively the total refund can be transferred to a future booking at a later date to be used within 12 months of the refund date. In this case no administration fee will apply.

ONLINE BOOKINGS AND THIRD PARTY CHANNELS
If booking online or through a third party, the booking and cancellation policies related to our facility within that application’s framework, will apply. Those policies should mirror the policies listed above. Where you believe there is a discrepancy between these policies and the policies found online, please contact our reservation staff to discuss.
